About the opportunity:

You will provide support to all chefs whilst maintaining a clean and hygienic workplace. You must be able to work in fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate must have:

• At least two years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment will be advantageous.
• A solid understanding of food hygiene and safety.
• The ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing and able to work rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays.
