The ideal candidate must have:
- A hands on approach to coaching and training team members.
- Experience supervising a highly skilled team.
- A desire to learn more about end-to-end operations and the successful running of the back of house team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- The passion to implement appropriate initiatives to improve sales, enhance guest experience and coach team members to support the accomplishment of their career and personal goals.
- Demonstrated experience in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment.
- A keen interest in growing food trends, techniques and the ability to contribute to menu planning.
- Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods.
- Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full-time availability. Willing and able to work rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays.
