Customer service policy
We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products and services listed on our website are available and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 5-7 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available, or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 3 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Gift cards
Treat gift cards like cash. Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Cash will not be given for any unused balance. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase their gift cards. Purchases exceeding the available balance require the difference to be paid by other methods.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of 85 Spring is final. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. This card is only valid for use at the venue specified on the gift card.
Pre-opening bonus card promotion – Golden Ticket 85
This offer is available between 9am AEST 1 November 2023, and 11.59pm AEST the day prior to Eighty-Five opening. The opening date will be mid-2024 and will be confirmed.
The Golden Ticket 85 is only available to be redeemed at Eighty-Five, Level 12, 85 Spring Street, Melbourne. It cannot be redeemed at any other venue.
A 100% bonus is applied to the $500, $1,000 and $2,000 gift cards for Eighty-Five. The total amount, including the bonus amount will be added to the gift card. For example, a $500 gift card would include a bonus of $500 and the gift card value would be $1,000. Offer is valid for gift cards purchased of $500, $1,000 and $2,000 AUD in one transaction.
Golden Ticket 85 gift cards do not expire. Golden Ticket 85 gift cards are only redeemable at Eighty-Five. We reserve the right to change these offers at any time.

Refund policy
Please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website.
Security policy
When purchasing from 85 Spring, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break and is the industry standard. Transaction currency
All transactions are processed in AUD.
Vintage Wine Club
The Vintage Wine Club entitles financial members to access our extensive, premium wine selection at Baron Restaurant and Sir Collins.
Membership is valid for 12 months from the date or purchase.
Wine discount
Members are entitled to the wine member’s price on wine by the glass or by the bottle, for any lunch or dinner service every day of the week. Please provide your membership card to the server, when being seated. Memberships must be financial in order to be valid. The membership is not transferable, and the member must be present for the booking.
Food discount
To qualify for the food discount, a reservation must be made. The food discount promotion is strictly limited to 70 guests on any Wednesday or Thursday night.
The food discount is 40% applied to food purchases when one bottle of wine is purchased per table. The maximum number that the discount will apply to is four (4) per membership (inclusive of the member). Please note that a couple card is one membership.
A maximum of two (2) memberships can be used on any booking for food discount, which is a maximum of 8 guests. Memberships are individual and non-transferable; the member must be present for the booking and must be dining.
Limitation of liability
Neither 85 Spring nor any of its directors, employees or other representatives, or the developer, Internet Service Provider or carrier of the website, will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this website. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
